BFFC Refund Policy

Boca Flag Football requires all potential participants to understand the refund policy before registering.

Refunds may only be considered upon request

  • No refund will be issued after the registration deadline of July 31.
  • Refund requests must be received before the registration deadline to be processed.
  • Refund requests received before the deadline will be assessed a $30.00 administrative fee and will forfeit any processing fee or donation.
  • Any cancellation after the registration deadline will forfeit all funds.
  • Refunds for illness or emergency require documentation and are at the discretion of BFFC.

Participant commitment

Refunds will not be issued due to over-scheduling of the participant or if the participant misses mandatory evaluations.

BFFC requires a minimum commitment of at least 3 hours per week: 1.5 hours during the week and 1.5 hours on Saturday. This is subject to change based on scheduling and team practices.

Refund amount

  • Prior to the registration deadline: registration fee less the $30.00 administrative fee, processing fee, and donation.
  • Past the registration deadline due to illness or emergency: refund consideration is at the discretion of BFFC.
